With that I am out of here. If you can support “Palestine” then you are not Progressive at all and probably never were. Bloody hypocritical wankers.
Why? Are we supposed to support their support for a regime that invaded Israel in October 2023 and murdered families, gang raped women, teens and toddlers until their pelvises were bloodied and then burned them alive or beheaded them?
Are we supposed to support a group that attacked a music festival in the same manner, and recorded it all for the world to see?
At the same time they took a couple hundred hostages, whom they are starving, torturing and raping in the tunnels they built with international aid money under Gaza?
And the crime they were punishing? Their victims were Jews.
In the meantime they’ve managed to brain wash our youth and some of our intelligencia into believing that theirs is a just cause when their “cause” is to take back a tiny strip of desert away from its indigenous population all because the Jews aren’t Muslim. Meanwhile, their government routinely rounds up their LGBTQ citizens and throws them from the tops of buildings. They forbid their women to leave their homes with out an escort, forbid them from education, force them to wear burkas, and use them and their children as human shields. Routinely confiscate international aid and resell it at hyper inflated prices to their starving populace, while their leaders live like billionaires in Qatar and Egypt.
They burned down the greenhouses that were left to help them prosper, dug up the water pipes to make into rockets which they themselves launched into the neighboring country over a twenty year period. The thing is, with the amount of international aid they’ve received since 2005, Gaza could look like Quatar. It could be a major luxury tourist destination. But instead they’ve squandered their resources to attack innocent civilians in nearby towns, cities and kibbutzim. They also indoctrinate their children into a death cult, and pay terrorists, murderers and rapists “pay for slay” money as they carry out their heinous crimes in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and area “C” in Judaea/Samaria. The only crime Israel has committed is existing between “the river and the sea.” Or anywhere else for that matter.
